Our giveaway starts today, and ends on DECEMBER 18th! The tutu will be shipped out on Dec. 19th, just in time for Christmas.

To enter our giveaway you must complete the following items for my blog: Pretty Hair is Fun To Do,  AND for Melanie's tutubugblog.
